Return + Refund Policies

  • Apparel, clothing, drinkware, and accessories are eligible for a refund if returned to ELEV8 within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, unworn/unused, with new tags still intact

  • Climbing equipment including shoes, harnesses, carabiners, chalk product, chalk accessories, personal products, slings, helmets, and other pieces of climbing equipment are not eligible for returns

  • Climbing passes, memberships, punch passes, and other forms of climbing passes are not eligible for returns. All forms of climbing passes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • If you feel unhappy with a purchase, whether it be retail or climbing passes, we want to make it right! We mean it when we say that we care about your experience at ELEV8.
