IMPORTANT:

  • UPDATE!!!

    • FREEZING A MEMBERSHIP IS NO LONGER AN OPTION. OUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS HAVE BEEN SIMPLIFIED, AND IF YOU WISH TO PAUSE A MEMBERSHIP, SIMPLY CANCEL AND THEN START AGAIN WHEN YOU ARE READY TO RESUME (NO START UP FEE!).

  • Changing your pricing tier for a reduced membership

    • Select “Other Request” and use the comment section to describe which reduced membership option you intend to transfer to

  • Canceling a membership

    • Cancellations must be submitted prior to the day of billing (1st of the month).

    • A canceled membership remains active through the remainder of the month, and will terminate upon the next billing cycle.

  • Additional family members on a member plan

    • Be certain to include any additional family members whose memberships you wish to change. Click the “Include Additional Family Member” button to add them into the request.
