Select “Other Request” and use the comment section to describe which reduced membership option you intend to transfer to
Canceling a membership
Cancellations must be submitted prior to the day of billing (1st of the month).
A canceled membership remains active through the remainder of the month, and will terminate upon the next billing cycle.
Additional family members on a member plan
Be certain to include any additional family members whose memberships you wish to change. Click the “Include Additional Family Member” button to add them into the request.
