The Blacklight Boo-nanza is a fun-focused event, not a competition. Each participant will get to climb on our various fun and funky climbing challenges, and can keep their score on a scorecard that can be exchanged for candy prizes!

Our carnival activities are also a great way to enjoy the atmosphere while taking a break from the climbing!

If you haven’t ever climbed with us before, we will want you to visit the gym on any day prior to the event to receive a complimentary safety orientation. This way, you will be prepared for how to safely climb during the event. You can also fill out the liability waiver on this visit or online prior to the event.

If you are from out of town and it will be your first time into the gym, we can make sure to give you the rundown before setting you loose to climb.

While we will have plenty of halloween decorations in the space, the atmosphere for the family session will be one of cool lights, fun climbing, and silly challenges! The adult session is a bit more intense, but no terrifying gore or surprises.

Absolutely!! The whole space will be illuminated by black lights, so aim for something that really pops!

Costume Rules:
-No glitter
-No sharp elements
-No loose clothing, strings, accessories, etc
-Make sure you can safely climb in the costume!
